Approved for $10K a month.Still spending only $800?

$300/mo$10,000/mo

Typical nonprofit Grant spend compared with the monthly ceiling. Industry research puts average utilization near 3%. If your Grant is approved but spending less, something in the account or on the site is limiting delivery.

We review your Grant account, search visibility, and landing pages to find what is limiting spend and where the budget should go next.

What you receive

We review your account. Then we show you how to use the Grant more effectively.

After a short intake and account access for review, we give you a written report covering three areas:

  1. 01

    Spend & setup

We compare your spend with the $10K ceiling and check whether the campaign structure is limiting delivery. Most Grant accounts we see use a structure that is too simple to reach enough relevant searches.

  2. 02

    Organic vs Grant

Queries where you rank organically in positions 3–10 are Grant candidates worth buying. Where you already hold #1 or #2, we don't recommend paying for clicks you'd get free.

  3. 03

Landing pages, recent work, and negative keywords

We check whether landing pages match the searches and can convert, whether recent site content appears in your campaigns, and which search terms you should exclude. You get a short, ordered list of fixes based on what we find.

How it works

How the free assessment works

  1. 01

    Submit the intake

Tell us what your organization does, how much of the Grant you are spending, and where you think the problem is.

  2. 02

    Schedule a call

Pick a time to review the findings and the short, ordered list of changes we recommend.

After you book, Patronage sends instructions for Google Ads Manager Account access and GA4 Viewer access. We do not request billing access. Agents help gather research and monitoring data, but a Patronage team member reviews the account and every recommendation before the call.

No billing access, no commitment. We look at your search terms, landing pages, and where you rank, then walk you through it on the call. You decide from there.

Good SEO is good Grant SEO. A Google Ad Grant lives or dies on the same things a strong search program builds: indexable mission content, informational query coverage, and conversion tracking Google can trust.

FAQ

Google Ad Grant assessment FAQs

Learn what access we request and what the assessment covers. Ask any other questions on the review call.

Why am I not spending my full Google Ad Grant?
Low spend usually comes from account structure, keyword selection, landing pages, or conversion measurement, not eligibility. It is not always a compliance problem. The assessment separates compliance issues from growth issues and identifies what is limiting spend first.
How do we share access safely?
Patronage sends a Google Ads Manager Account link request for your Grant account. An account admin accepts it without granting administrative ownership or billing access. Add Patronage as a Viewer on the GA4 property tied to your site. The access guide provides copyable steps, the exact service-account address, and the Manager Account identifiers to verify.
Can we revoke access later?
Yes, anytime. Unlink the Patronage manager in Google Ads and remove the Patronage user in GA4. Nothing is installed on your site or in your account.
We work with an agency or an MCC — does this still work?
Yes. An admin for the Grant account or its owner manager can accept Patronage's link request for that child account. Patronage does not need access to the agency or parent organization's other accounts.
What does the free assessment include?
We give you an ordered plan that shows where to increase useful Grant spend, where to improve efficiency, and what to fix first across campaigns, organic visibility, landing pages, recent content, and negative keywords. Your team or current partner can use the plan, or you can work with us to implement it. We walk you through it on a 30-minute review call.
Can you guarantee we'll spend the full $10,000?
No — and be wary of anyone who promises that. We show what to fund, what to stop paying for, and what to fix first; actual delivery depends on search volume, compliance, and your conversion setup.

The Google Ad Grant provides up to $10,000/month in donated search advertising; actual delivery depends on search volume, account quality, compliance, and optimization. This assessment does not guarantee full Grant utilization, impressions, conversions, or organic ranking improvements.
