Terms of Service | Patronage Loop

These Terms of Service govern use of Patronage Loop. By using Patronage Loop, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to connect the selected Project and any connected provider accounts. These terms incorporate the Patronage Loop Privacy Policy.

Using Patronage Loop

Patronage Loop provides Project-scoped marketing operations through a remote MCP service. You must use Patronage Loop lawfully, protect your account and agent connections, and keep the information you provide accurate. You may not bypass authorization controls, interfere with the service, use Patronage Loop to access a Project you are not authorized to access, or use it to violate another party's rights.

Patronage Loop may require browser-based authentication, a selected Project, and approvals before an action can proceed. You remain responsible for reviewing agent output and for actions taken through your authorized connections. Provider actions remain subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies. You must not submit credentials to an agent conversation or use Patronage Loop to process information you are not authorized to handle.

Access and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue Patronage Loop or its features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We may suspend access when necessary to protect Patronage Loop, Patronage, a Project, or another person. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date on this page.

Intellectual property and feedback

Patronage retains its rights in Patronage Loop and its service materials. You retain your rights in data you provide or access through an authorized Project. You grant Patronage the limited permission needed to process that data solely to provide, secure, and support Patronage Loop. If you provide feedback, you allow Patronage to use it without restriction or compensation.

Disclaimers and liability

Patronage Loop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Marketing and provider results are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Patronage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of Patronage Loop.
